Shipping Policy
Fragile Packaging & Handling
Every original ocean-inspired sculpture is secured using custom-molded interior supports and heavy-duty double-walled containers to protect delicate marine textures. Watercolor paintings are flat-packed with archival-grade backing boards and moisture-resistant protective sleeves to ensure they arrive in pristine, gallery-ready condition.
Domestic Delivery (US Only)
We currently focus on shipping exclusively within the United States from our St. Louis studio. Standard processing for original works takes 3-5 business days to document and pack for safe transit. Estimated delivery timelines range from 5-10 business days depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.
Full Transit Insurance
All shipments of original art are fully insured for their total declared value. In the rare event of transit damage, clients must notify the gallery within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all original packaging materials for the courier inspection process to ensure a valid insurance claim can be processed promptly.

Return & Refund Policy
Original Artworks
Due to the unique and delicate nature of original ocean-themed sculptures and watercolor paintings, all sales of original works are final. We encourage collectors to review high-resolution images and descriptions carefully before purchase.
Damage Handling
In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged despite our fragile packaging protocols, please notify Kim Franz-Cruz Gallery within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed photographs of the damaged artwork and the exterior packaging to facilitate a claim and resolution.

Art Ownership
All sculptures and watercolor paintings are original works by Kim Franz-Cruz. Purchase of an artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical piece but does not include reproduction rights or copyright, which remain exclusively with the artist.
